Alexander Hotel is a 50 bedroom City Centre hotel. The client brief required the hotel to have a high degree of sustainable energy provisions to ensure that energy costs were minimised. Solar Panels combined with waste heat reclamation lay at the centre of the hotel’s energy strategy combined with sophisticated monitoring and controls. The hotel will provide heating and cooling throughout.
