We are committed to sustainable solutions for our projects. E&M have been leading the way in Gibraltar by introducing both simple and complex solutions to energy sustainability in buildings. Minimizing energy usage by utilizing sophisticated controls and recycling both heat and low temperature air can make significant energy savings throughout the year. E&M have been instrumental in identifying where energy usage usually occurs in local buildings and converting findings to graphical formats allowing these to be presented in seminars to all involved in the decision process leading new construction or refurbishment.
